Axel Beach Ibiza - Adults Only - San Antonio (Ibiza)

The staff welcomed us with smiles and gave an unexpected room upgrade. The walls are thin, so loud neighbors can disturb your sleep.

This would have been an amazing hotel if it had only been completed. They are still refurbishing/building the facilities so if you don't want to live in what still feels like a building site, plus the gym and spa facilities are still not ready then I wouldn't stay there. So we had a pretty expensive stay for what wasn't on offer considering we booked a suite and spa!

Room was well-appointed and nice modern and immaculately clean.

Set within 10 minutes' walk of the bus stop. Spacious room, large bed and large bathroom: )

Unfortunately, the apartment we stayed in was not thoroughly cleaned, especially the outdoor terrace. The noise level from other guests was quite disruptive, taking away from our relaxation. I also felt a sense of unwelcomeness as it seemed like the hotel's branding was not reflected in the actual guest experience.

The room is stocked & stylish. The breakfast is sensational with a great selection of things to eat and drink. It is well priced.

The place was immaculately clean, I booked the apartment with sea views, everything was very comfortable. Very helpful and flexible staff who were always there to help. The property's location was perfect and lovely, in a more quite neighbourhood. Tried some nice meals at Mei-Ling, located an easy walk to the hotel.

The fitness centre is great with a fine view of the bay. Plus, the spa was great with its steam room, sauna, and relaxing spa pool. The apartment was spacious and beautifully designed. I felt valued by the friendly staff, especially roberto.

Liked that the hotel was 1st class and had genuinely helpful and very friendly staff at the reception desk. The rooms were lovely modern and brand-new, included it's own balcony, a kitchen area and a lounge.

What you'll love and hate

The pool staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful! Our spacious apartment offered fine views of the sea!

Sadly, the Wi-Fi was a constant hassle, requiring multiple logins, and the air-conditioning struggled to keep the room cool.

I had a great time here, enjoyed the spacious rooms with partial sea views, perfect pool area, though a bit of noise at night disturbed my sleep. Would definitely return!

My other reviews on hotels till now has been great but this one came as an exception. The location mentioned on the map is incorrect. The not so friendly apartments have decent rooms and a comfortable bed. The staff is old, not co operative and very unfriendly and cold. Specially an old women who doesn't tell you correct places to go. It's very far from the location mentioned and is definitely not worth staying in.

They don't allow any visiting guests.m2 of my friends came to our one bed room apartment for 2-3 hours and the reception charged us 90euros for it. It has never happened to us before and we have travelled a lot. It was a very unpleasant experience. I would suggest Booked.net to remove this hotel from their list or at least visit the place to give more accurate information.

The hotel was fantastic! The staff could not have been more helpful, even gave us a late checkout at 6pm free of charge! Hotel located on the beach with a pool. A boutique hotel with large comfortable suites.

The reception team arranged a room upgrade for us, and the apartment had fine ocean views. The pool area was spacious with a great atmosphere. We enjoyed complimentary paella by the pool. The transport access was convenient.

Poor location. It is not convenient to the St Antonio Beach nor Ibiza town. You have to take a bus to the St Antoni Beach before you can get on the bus to Ibiza town. And the bus is coming only half an hour once. Party bus and Airport bus are available in St Antonia Beach or Ibiza town only. Waiting for buses spent me a lot of time in Ibiza.
